摘　　要：分析车集煤矿选煤厂生产工艺中煤泥水处理存在的瓶颈问题,提出脱粉入洗的改造方案,研究波纹挡边带式输送机的工作原理及结构特点,选择1400 mm带宽的波纹挡边带式输送机并90°输送物料,解决了垂直运输物料的难题,降低了设备投资和工程造价,减少了占地面积。Analyzed the bottleneck problem of coal slurry treatment in the production process of Cheji coal mine coal preparation plant,put forward the transformation plan of de-pulverizing and washing,studied the working principle and structural characteristics of the corrugated rib belt conveyor,and selected the 1400 mm wide corrugated rib belt conveyor and transports materials at 90°,which solves the problem of vertical transporting material,reduces the equipment investment and project cost,and reduces the floor area.
