摘 要:基于大倾角煤层综采工作面三机设备失稳机理研究分析,建立了支架受力状态模型,提出了工作面采用俯伪斜布置方式,减小了与运输巷夹角,解决了大倾角工作面飞矸、片帮问题。实施了综采支架6项技术改造,形成大倾角煤层工作面支架-刮板输送机耦合防滑技术,优化推溜拉架工艺,实现支架防倒防滑。根据采煤机在大倾角工作面运行问题分析,实施了6项技术改进,解决了采煤机跑机问题,提高了采煤机行走速度。通过现场实践,结果表明:在采用8°俯伪斜布置方式情况下,采煤工作面可实现正倾斜开采,有效解决仰采导致的片帮、飞矸问题。在保证支架工作阻力满足顶板管理要求前提下,支架重量越轻,对维护支架稳定性越好。Based on the research and analysis of the instability mechanism of the three machine equipment in the fully mechanized mining face in large inclined coal seam,the stress state model of the support was established,and proposed that the working face adopts the downward pseudo inclined layout,which reduces the included angle with the transportation roadway,and solves the problems of flying gangue and face spalling in the large inclined working face.Six technical transformations of fully mechanized support have been carried out to form the support-scraper conveyor coupling anti-skid technology in the working face of large inclined coal seam,optimized the pushing and pulling support technology,and realized the anti-falling and anti-skid of the support.According to the analysis of the running problems of the shearer in the large inclined working face,six technical improvements have been implemented to solve the problem of the shearer running and improve the walking speed of the shearer.Through field practice,the results show that under the condition of 8°inclined pseudo inclined layout,the coal mining face can realize positive inclined mining and effectively solve the problems of coal wall caving and coal gangue rolling caused by upward mining.On the premise of ensuring that the working face meets the support working resistance,the lighter the weight of the hydraulic support,the better the stability of the hydraulic support.
