超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光与外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合使用治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果。方法:选取86例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例),对照组患者应用超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子喷雾,观察并比较2组患者临床疗效及2组治疗后的水肿时间、红斑持续时间、愈合时间及不良反应。结果:86例患者凹陷性瘢痕治疗后均有明显效果,治疗组总有效率(97.67%)与对照组(90.70%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组水肿时间[(1.89±0.26)h]短于对照组[(3.27±1.19)h],红斑持续时间[(2.84±0.83)h]短于对照组[(6.13±1.58)h]、愈合时间[(8.04±0.76)d]短于对照组[(11.15±1.47)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光与外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合使用治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕安全有效,明显缩短了恢复时间。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combination of ultra-pulsed CO_(2) fractional laser and Recombinant Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor for External Use(bFGF),and provide a reference for the treatment of patients.Methods:86 patients with acne-depressed scars admitted were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the research group(43 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with ultra-pulsed CO_(2) fractional laser.The treatment group was treated with bFGF based on the control group.The Clinical efficacy and edema time,erythema duration,healing time,and adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.67%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the edema time[(1.89±0.26)vs(3.27±1.19)],erythema duration[(2.84±0.83)vs(6.13±1.58)],and healing time[(8.04±0.76)vs(11.15±1.47)]in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-pulsed CO_(2) laser fractional laser combined with bFGF has a good clinical effect in treating acne-depressed scars and reduces the recovery time significantly.
