新生儿重症监护病房家庭参与式护理对极低出生体质量早产儿管理的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析极低出生体质量早产儿重症监护病房管理中家庭参与式护理的应用效果。方法:选取入住新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)极低出生体质量早产儿(VLBWPI)60例,按住院单双号时间分为家庭参与式护理(FIC)组和对照组,各30例。对比患儿住院期间生长情况以及母乳喂养情况。结果:FIC组患儿住院期间体质量增长速度[(19.98±2.20)g·d^(-1)]快于对照组[(17.62±2.12)g·d^(-1)],喂养耐受率(80.00%vs 53.33%)、出院时母乳喂养率(100%vs 50%)以及纯母乳喂养率(93.33%vs 46.67%)均高于对照组,患儿父母紧张焦虑评分量表(PSS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭参与式护理应用于极低出生体质量早产儿的管理中,有利于促进患儿生长速度,提高母乳喂养率,且可改善患儿家属不良情绪。Objective:To explore the effect of family participation nursing in the management of very low birth weight premature infants intensive care unit.Methods:60 cases of very low birth weight premature infants(VLBWPI)admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)in our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023,who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,were divided into the family participation nursing(FIC)group and the control group according to the hospital number,and the growth and breast-feeding status of the children during hospitalization were compared.Results:The weight gain rate[(19.98±2.20)g·d^(-1) vs(17.62±2.12)g·d^(-1)]in FIC group was faster than that in control group.The feeding tolerance rate(80.00%vs 53.33%),breast-feeding rate(100%vs 50%)and exclusive breast-feeding rate(93.33%vs 46.67%)were all higher than those in the control group,and the score of parental anxiety scale(PSS)was lower than that in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of VLBWPI in FIC in NICU management can promote the growth rate of children and increase the breast-feeding rate,and can improve the negative emotions of children's families.
