摘　　要：人工耳蜗植入患儿普通话声调感知能力有较大的个体差异,对于相同生理年龄患儿,较早植入人工耳蜗者因听力重建时间更长,可获得更好的声调感知能力,但仍落后于同龄健听儿童。人工耳蜗植入患儿最易混淆的声调是2声与3声,这与健听儿童的表现相似。Large individual differences in Mandarin tone perception scores were observed in paediatric cochlear implant(CI)recipients.In comparison with the CI children having the same chronological age,children with earlier CI implantation had longer duration of CI use,which might help them achieve better tone perception.However,the outcomes of children with CI were lower than that of normal-hearing children of the same age.For children with CI,the most difficult to distinguish was tone pair 2-3,consistent with that of normal peers.
