摘　　要：结核性中耳炎(tuberculous otitis media,TOM)是一种罕见的肺外结核感染,部分可导致严重的感音神经性聋,如果双耳发病,就需要考虑人工耳蜗植入术。而TOM患者可能存在中耳肉芽增生、解剖标志不清、圆窗难以辨认的问题,甚至出现耳蜗骨化,给人工耳蜗植入手术带来巨大的挑战。现将我科收治的一例TOM伴双耳全聋患者的一期困难人工耳蜗植入进行报道。Tuberculous otitis media(TOM)is a rare extrapulmonary tuberculosis infection.TOM can lead to severe sensorineural deafness,and in cases of binaural sensorineural deafness,cochlear implantation is considered.However,TOM patients may suffer from middle ear granulation hyperplasia,unclear anatomical marks,difficult to identify cochlear window,and even cochlear ossification,which bring great challenges to cochlear implant surgery.This paper reports a case of TOM with binaural total deafness treated in our department for phase I difficult cochlear implantation.
