摘  要:通过试验,研究了一台增压直喷汽油发动机非点火工况的总机械损失,分析了非点火工况发动机机械损失的构成,得出了机械损失的影响因素,提出了降低机械损失的有效手段。分析结果表明,在发动机非点火工况,泵气损失、散热损失和摩擦损失是构成机械损失的3个主要因素。其中,泵气损失与节气门的节流作用有显著相关性,散热损失主要与节气门开度即进气量强相关,摩擦损失与发动机转速的相关性最显著。Through experiments,the total mechanical loss of a turbocharged direct-injection engine under non-ignition conditions is studied,the composition of the mechanical loss of the engine under non-ignition conditions is analyzed,the influencing factors of the mechanical loss are obtained,and the effective means to reduce the mechanical loss are put forward.The results show that the pump loss,heat dissipation loss and friction loss are the three main factors of mechanical loss in non-ignition engine.Among them,the pump air loss has a significant correlation with the throttling effect of the throttle valve.The heat loss is mainly related to the throttle opening,that is,the inlet volume.The friction loss has the most significant correlation with engine speed.
