摘 要:为了解决传统碳平衡法计算精度较低以及由于应用新型燃烧技术带来的检测误差增大问题,提出了一种改进的内燃机燃油消耗量计算方法。基于进排气摩尔数平衡的原理,根据燃烧反应机理和燃烧产物建立化学反应方程式以及各物质之间的代数关系,在模型中充分考虑EGR策略和碳烟对计算精度的影响,计算了不同EGR率下的发动机燃油消耗量,并将计算结果与试验数据进行了对比。结果表明,不同EGR率下,2种当量分子式的燃油消耗量计算值与试验值之间的误差均在3.8%以下,说明该燃油消耗量计算方法可用于发动机台架试验的燃油消耗量检测。An improved calculation method of the fuel consumption of internal combustion engine was proposed to solve the low calculation accuracy issue of the traditional carbon balance method and the increase of measuring errors due to the application of advanced combustion technologies.The method is based on molar equilibrium.The core is to establish the chemical reaction equation and the algebraic relationship between the substances on the basis of the combustion reaction mechanism and combustion products,and the effects of EGR strategy and soot emission on calculation accuracy were fully considered.The engine fuel consumption at different EGR ratios was calculated and the results were compared with experimental data.The results show that the error between the calculated fuel consumption values of the two equivalent molecular formulas and the actual measured ones under different EGR ratios were all below 3.8%,indicating that the method can be used for detecting the fuel consumption of engine bench test.
