提升汽车行业标准应用能力对业务的贡献度分析

摘　　要：目前,国内汽车企业标准对企业的业务贡献度还有进一步提升的空间。分析了国内汽车企业标准对业务贡献度的影响因素,包括标准更新不是很快、标准化工作者对标准内容审核不是很系统、标准激励不是很合理、标准使用者对标准问题反馈不是很积极等;提出了标准化工作者要改变按部就班的标准化管理模式,以问题驱动标准编制,以发掘标准使用者意见为途径,多维度复盘标准管理工作,提升标准对企业的业务贡献度。At present,the contribution of domestic automotive enterprise standards to the business of enterprises can be further improved.This article analyzes the factors that affect the contribution of domestic automotive enterprise standards to business,including slow update of standards,lack of systematic review of standard content by standardization authors,unreasonable standard incentives,and lack of positive feedback from standard users on standard issues.It is proposed that standardization authors should change the step-by-step standardization management mode,drive standard formulation with problems,explore the opinions of standard users as a means,and conduct multi-dimensional review of standard management work to enhance the contribution of standards to the business of the enterprise.
