农户新冠肺炎疫情认知、风险感知与生态环保意愿

摘　　要：基于四川省649份农户微观调查数据,运用中介效应模型与有序Probit模型分析新冠肺炎疫情认知对农户生态环保意愿的影响及其传导机制,使用Probit与IV-Probit模型进行稳健性检验,并利用条件混合估计进行内生性处理。结果显示:1)新冠肺炎疫情认知程度越高,农户越可能萌发生态环保意愿,每提高一个单位疫情认知,农户“非常愿意”在生活中实施环保行为的概率提升5.1%。2)疫情认知对两代农户生态环保意愿的影响均显著,但在老一代农户中的影响更为明显。3)农户疫情认知能够通过增强其风险感知进而提升生态环保意愿,即风险感知是其中的传导中介,中介效应占比约为19.77%。Based on 649 micro-survey data of farmers in Sichuan province,the mediating effect model and ordered Probit model were used to analyze the effect of covid-19 on farmers'environmental protection willingness and its transmission mechanism,probit and iv-Probit models were used to test the robustness,and the CMP method was used to deal with the endogenesis.The results showed that:1)The higher the awareness of Covid-19 was,the more likely the farmers were to be willing to protect the environment.For every unit increase in awareness of covid-19,the probability of farmers being willing to protect the environment in their daily life increased by 5.1%.2)The cognition of epidemic situation had a significant effect on the willingness of eco-environmental protection forr the two generations of farmers,but the effect was more obvious in the older generation of farmers.3)Farmers'awareness of epidemic situation could enhance their willingness to protect ecology and environment by enhancing their risk perception,that was,risk perception was the transmission medium,and the mediating effect was about 19.77%.
