预期情感、生态认知与农村居民生活垃圾分类行为

摘　　要：农村居民是处理农村生活垃圾主体,引导其垃圾分类行为实施对缓解农村生活垃圾治理压力有重要意义。文中从预期情感出发,利用江西省658份农村居民调研数据,引入卢因行为模型,构建有调节的中介SEM模型。结果表明:1)异质性预期情感(积极/消极)均会对农村居民生活垃圾分类行为产生显著正向影响,且预期积极情感作用更大。2)生态认知在预期积极情感与农村居民生活垃圾分类行为之间具有完全中介效应,在预期消极情感与农村居民生活垃圾分类之间具有部分中介作用。3)政策工具负向调节了生态认知在异质性预期情感和农村居民生活垃圾分类行为之间的中介作用,即政策工具越强,生态认知的中介效应越弱,且政策工具的负向调节效应在预期积极情感路径中表现得更为明显。据此,在促进农村居民生活垃圾行为实施上,需要实行“内+外”联动的举措:注重农村居民二维情感做到“动之以情”、强化农村居民生态认知做到“晓之以理”、落实政策做到“政之以扶”。Rural residents are the main body of dealing with rural household garbage,so guiding the implementation of garbage classification behavior is of great significance to relieve the pressure of rural household garbage management.In the paper,based on the survey data of 658 rural residents in Jiangxi province,Lewin model of behavior is introduced to build a moderated mediating effect model to analyze the relationships among the expected emotion,ecological cognition and household waste classification behavior of rural residents.The results show that:1)The heterogeneous expected emotion(positive/negative)has a significant positive impact on the household waste classification behavior of rural residents,and the expected positive emotion effect is greater.2)Ecological cognition has a complete mediation effect between expected positive emotion and rural residents'garbage classification behavior,and has a partial intermediary effect between expected negative emotion and rural residents'garbage classification.3)Policy tools negatively regulate the intermediary role of ecological cognition between heterogeneous expected emotion and rural residents'household waste classification behavior,that means the stronger the policy tools are,the weaker the intermediary effect of ecological cognition is,and the negative regulation effect of policy tools is more obvious in the path of expected positive emotion.Accordingly,in promoting the implementation of rural household waste behavior of rural residents,it is necessary to implement the measures of"inside+outside"linkage,pay more attention to the two-dimensional emotion of rural residents,strengthen the ecological cognition of rural residents,and attach importance to implement the policy.
