摘 要:黄河流域横跨我国中西部,是我国重要的能源基地和生态屏障,其对我国如期实现“双碳”目标意义重大。以黄河流域流经省(区)2015~2019年能源消费量以及土地利用面积为数据样本,计算了黄河流域碳排放量。结果表明:黄河流域碳排放量占全国比重大,不同省(区)间碳排放量贡献率差异大,且土地利用碳汇功能发挥不足。进一步分析表明,能源结构偏煤,产业结构偏重,流域各省(区)自然资源禀赋差异大、经济发展水平差异大以及林地资源破坏严重是形成以上特点的主要原因。为此,提出了建议:从提高能源清洁高效利用、优化产业结构、协调流域发展、实施林地保护与修复等几方面入手,实现黄河流域的绿色低碳发展。The Yellow River basin,which stretches across central and western China,is an important energy base and ecological barrier.It is of great significance for China to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality as scheduled.Taking the energy consumption and land use area of the provinces(regions)flowing through the Yellow River Basin from^(2)015 to 2019 as data samples,the carbon emissions of the Yellow River Basin were calculated.The results show that the carbon emissions in the Yellow River Basin account for a large proportion of the country.The contribution rate of carbon emissions varies greatly among different provinces(regions),and the carbon sink function of land use is insufficient.Further analysis shows that the main reasons for the above characteristics are coal-biased energy structures,heavy industrial structures,great differences in natural resource endowment and economic development level among provinces(regions)in the basin,and serious destruction of forest resources.It is suggested to improve the clean and efficient use of energy,optimize the industrial structures,coordinate the development of the basin,and implement forest protection and restoration to achieve green and low-carbon development in the Yellow River basin.
