泰安市乡村居民生活富裕程度研究  

Study on the Living Affluence Degree of Rural Residents in Tai'an City

摘　　要：乡村振兴是党中央着眼“两个一百年”奋斗目标和“三农”问题做出的战略安排。自乡村振兴战略实施以来,“三农”问题得到了广泛的关注,以乡村振兴二十字方针中的“生活富裕”为着眼点,并以山东省泰安市2015~2019年数据为依据,尝试构建了山东省泰安市农村居民生活富裕程度评价指标体系并进行了评价。结果表明:泰安市乡村居民的恩格尔系数逐年下降,下降幅度较小,但总体的生活富裕程度仍呈现逐年上升的趋势,2022年,泰安市生产总值为3198.1亿元,在山东省生产总值排名中位居第12名,处于山东省的中下游水平,而泰安市乡村居民可支配收入为21769元,位居全省第八,处于中上游水平,可见,泰安市乡村居民富裕程度相较于其他市是比较高的。最后,根据研究结论对提高乡村居民生活富裕程度提出了一些建议,如:大力推动乡村振兴战略的持续实施,增加对农业的投入,制定出台农业相关优惠政策,改善乡村基础设施建设,加强农村通讯设施的建设等。Rural revitalization is a strategic arrangement made by the Party Central Committee focusing on the"two centenary goals"and the"three rural"issues.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the issue of"three rural areas and farmers"has received extensive attention.This paper focuses on the living affluence in the two-cross policy of rural revitalization,and tries to construct an evaluation index system of the living affluence of rural residents in Tai'an City,Shandong Province,based on the data from^(2)015 to 2019.According to the results obtained in this paper,the Engel coefficient of rural residents in Tai'an City has decreased year by year,with a small decline,but the overall level of living affluence still presents a trend of increasing year by year.In 2022,the GDP of Tai'an City will reach 319.11 billion yuan,ranking the twelfth place in the GDP ranking of Shandong Province,which is in the middle and lower reaches of Shandong Province.The disposable income of rural residents in Tai'an City is 21,769 yuan,ranking eighth in the province and at the upper middle level.It can be seen that the wealth of rural residents in Tai'an City is relatively high compared with other cities.Finally,according to the research conclusions,the paper gives some suggestions for improving the life of rural residents,such as:vigorously promoting the continuous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,increasing investment in agriculture,formulating and introducing agriculture-related preferential policies,improving the construction of rural infrastructure,and strengthening the construction of rural communication facilities.
