摘 要:为进一步研究湖北地区栽培南方红豆杉的化学成分,通过正、反相硅胶柱层析和高效液相色谱法等多种现代分离技术从南方红豆杉枝叶的二氯甲烷提取物中分离出13个二萜类成分,并通过波谱技术等方法对化合物的结构进行了鉴定,其结构分别鉴定为10-脱乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ(1)、baccatinⅢ(2),baccatinⅣ(3),5-decinnamoyltaxinin J (4)、2-deacetoxytaxineine J (5),红豆素J (6),taxinine B (7),1β-hydroxybaccatin I (8),taxayuntin F (9),taxuspines A (10),taxin B (11),taxuspine W (12),taxuspine B (13),结果表明:湖北栽培南方红豆杉含有结构多样性的紫杉烷型二萜。In order to further study the chemical constituents from Taxus wallichiana cultivated in Hubei province,thirteen taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the CH 2Cl 2 extract of the stems and leaves of T.wallichiana through various modern separation techniques including normal and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography,and HPLC.Their structures were identified as 10-deacetyl baccatineⅢ(1),baccatinⅢ(2),baccatinⅣ(3),5-Decinnamoyltaxinin J(4),2-deacetoxytaxine J(5),adzukirin J(6),Taxinine B(7),1β-hydroxybaccatin I(8),taxauntin F(9),taxuspines A(10),taxin B(11),taxuspine W(12),and taxuspine B(13)by spectroscopic data.The results show that T.wallichiana cultivated in Hubei province contains structurally diverse taxane diterpenoids.
