摘  要:铁线莲属植物花形花色多样,有“攀援植物皇后”的美誉。我国铁线莲属植物利用率低且市场上黄色花品种较少,以华北地区原产的黄花铁线莲和芹叶铁线莲2种黄色花铁线莲为对象,探索促进其种子萌发的方法。结果表明:黄花铁线莲和芹叶铁线莲种子萌发最适宜的温度是25℃/15℃(12 h/12 h),去除宿存花柱、浸种或4℃低温层积4~6周可促进黄花铁线莲种子生根和萌芽;4℃低温层积可促进芹叶铁线莲种子生根,并在一定程度上打破了其上胚轴休眠。The Clematis genus has a wide variety of flower types and colors,and is known as the"Queen of climbingplants".With the low utilization of Clematis in China and few yellow-flowered varieties on the market,this paper explores methods to promote seed germination of two yellow-flowered Clematis species,C.intricate and C.aethusifolia,native to northern China.The results show that:the optimum temperature for germination of two species seeds is 25°C/15°C(12h/12h).Removing persistent styles,immersion or 4°C stratification for 4~6 weeks could promote the rooting and germination of C.intricata seeds;4°C stratification could promote rooting of C.aethusifolia seeds,and could also break its ectocotyl dormancy to some extent.
