摘 要:2022年选用3种不同规格基质袋,相同基质培育杉木扦插容器苗试验设计,研究了不同规格基质袋对杉木扦插容器苗生长的影响。结果表明:9 cm×10 cm规格基质袋杉木扦插容器苗生长表现最优,其苗高、地径均值分别为30.3 cm、4.2 mm,苗高依次为4.5 cm×10 cm和4.5 cm×8 cm规格基质袋,苗高均值分别为22.8和17.3 cm,地径依次为4.5 cm×8 cm和4.5 cm×10 cm规格基质袋,地径均值分别为3.2和3.0mm;9 cm×10 cm规格基质袋杉木扦插容器苗茎叶干重、根部干重和总干重最重,其茎叶干重、根部干重和总干重均值分别为4.8、1.2和5.9 g,茎叶干重依次为4.5 cm×10 cm和4.5 cm×8 cm规格基质袋,茎叶干重均值分别为2.9和2.7 g,根部干重依次为4.5 cm×8 cm和4.5 cm×10 cm规格基质袋,根部干重均值分别为0.9和0.7 g,4.5 cm×10 cm和4.5 cm×8 cm规格基质袋杉木扦插容器苗总干重相同;不同规格基质袋杉木扦插苗质量指数QI值之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。In 2022,three kinds of matrix bags with different specifications were selected to cultivate Cunninghamia lanceolata cutting-container seedlings in the same medium to study the effects of different matrix bags on the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata cutting-container seedlings.The results show that the growth performance of Cunninghamia lanceolata cuttings in 9 cm×10 cm matrix bag were the best,and the average seedling height and ground diameter were 30.3 cm and 4.2mm,respectively.The average seedling height was 22.8 cm and 17.3 cm,respectively,in 4.5 cm×10 cm and 4.5 cm×8 cm matrix bag,respectively.The ground diameter was 4.5 cm×8 cm and 4.5 cm×10 cm respectively,and the mean ground diameter was 3.2mm and 3.0mm,respectively.The stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight and total dry weight of the 9 cm×10 cm matrix bag were the heaviest,and the mean stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight and total dry weight were 4.8g,1.2g and 5.9g,respectively.The stem and leaf dry weight were 4.5 cm×10 cm and 4.5 cm×8 cm matrix bag,respectively,and the mean stem and leaf dry weight were 2.9g and 2.7g,respectively.The root dry weight was successively 4.5 cm×8 cm and 4.5 cm×10 cm matrix bags,and the mean root dry weight was 0.9g and 0.7g,respectively.The total dry weight of Cunninghamia lanceolata cutting-container seedlings in 4.5 cm×10 cm and 4.5 cm×8 cm matrix bags was the same.There was no significant difference in quality index QI of cuttings of Cunninghamia lanceolata with different matrix sizes(P>0.05).
