摘 要:为探究数控机床进给系统中部分关键结构的温度分布规律,对i5M1.4钻攻加工中心的滚珠丝杠进给系统进行了有限元仿真,对i5M1.4滚珠丝杠的温度场、热变形场的分布情况进行了分析。仿真分析结果表明:随着温度的增加,i5M1.4滚珠丝杠的热变形增大且热变形呈线性增长。通过对i5M1.4钻攻加工中心热特性仿真实验,能较好地了解机床中温度场和变形场的分布情况,为机床进给系统热特性分析、提高机床的加工精度提供理论指导。In order to explore the temperature distribution law of some key structures in the feed system of CNC machine tools,the finite element simulation of the ball screw feed system of the i5M1.4 drilling and tapping machining center is carried out,and the distribution of the temperature field and thermal deformation field of the i5M1.4 ball screw is analyzed.The simulation results show that the thermal deformation increases with the increase of temperature and the thermal deformation forms a linear growth.Through the thermal characteristics simulation experiment of i5M1.4 drilling and tapping machining center,we can better understand the distribution of temperature field and deformation field in the machine tool,and can provide theoretical guidance for the thermal characteristics analysis of the machine tool feed system and improve the machining accuracy of the machine tool.
