摘 要:为研究垂直隔板的开孔形状对液体晃荡的影响,基于realizable k-ε湍流模型,采用VOF模型来捕捉自由液面,结合动网格技术,模拟了一阶固有频率下垂直开孔隔板内液体的晃荡情况。模拟结果表明,在一阶固有频率下,正方形开孔隔板液舱的左侧自由液面波高与晃荡压力最小,圆形与菱形开孔隔板液舱的左侧自由液面波高与晃荡压力基本保持一致,表明正方形开孔的垂直隔板抑制液体晃荡的效果要优于圆形与菱形开孔隔板;此外,通过对液相区的速度矢量图进行分析,发现由于隔板开孔,部分液体以较大的速度通过开孔部位冲击侧壁,而后液体接触侧壁后回弹,再加上液舱运动,在隔板的一侧形成一个欲要向上运动的区域,正方形开孔形成的区域最小。In order to study the effect of the perforation shape of the vertical baffle on liquid sloshing,based on the turbulence model of realizable k-ε,use VOF model to capture the free surface,combine with the dynamic grid technology to simulate the liquid sloshing in the vertical perforated baffle at the first natural frequency.The results show that under the first natural frequency,the left free surface wave height and sloshing pressure of the liquid tank with square perforated baffleare the smallest,the left free surface wave height and sloshing pressure of the liquid tank with circular and rhombus perforated baffle are basically the same,which indicates the results show that the effect of square perforated vertical diaphragm on restraining liquid sloshing is better than that of circular and rhombic perforated diaphragm.In addition,through the analysis of the velocity vector diagram of the liquid phase zone,it is found that due to the opening of the perforation,part of the liquid passes through the opening at a relatively high speed to impact the side wall,and then the liquid rebounds after contacting the side wall.Moreover,the movement of the liquid tank forms an area on one side of the baffle that is intended to move upward,the area formed by a square opening is the smallest.
