摘  要:以大型塑料检查井流槽式汇合三通井座为研究对象,针对现场施工过程中土质和填埋深度对其刚强度影响较大的情况,运用ANSYS和Origin软件进行数据分析,研究了井座受到垂直方向下曳力时填埋深度、土质对井座应力、应变值的影响规律,获得了在同一填埋深度下,各土质对井座应力、应变值的影响程度为:粘性土C>软土A>湿陷性黄土B>沙土D。研究结果为大型塑料检查井结构优化设计提供了理论支持。In this paper,the large plastic manhole flow trough confluence tee seat is taken as the research object.In view of the large impact of soil quality and landfill depth on the stiffness and strength of large plastic manhole in the field construction process,ANSYS and Origin were used to analyze the data to study the effect of filling depth and soil quality on the stress and strain values of large plastic manhole seats under the vertical downward force.The influence degree of each soil quality on the stress and strain values of shaft seats at the same landfill depth was obtained:cohesive soil C>soft soil A>collapsible loess B>sandy soil D.The research result provides theoretical support for structural optimization design of large plastic manholes.
