摘  要:大型矿用挖掘机履带装置承载整个上部机体的自重和作业载荷,其中履带板是履带装置的重要零件,其寿命长短是设备性能优劣的核心指标。通过动力学仿真提取工作循环中典型工况的载荷谱;通过有限元分析确定结构在单位力作用下的应力分布;结合有限元分析、载荷谱以及材料的S-N曲线,得出了履带板的疲劳寿命,为产品设计和现场使用提供了理论依据。The crawler shoe for large mining excavator bears the whole upper weight and working load,the crawler shoe is an important part of the crawler device,and its life is the core index of the equipment performance.In this paper,the load spectrum of typical working conditions in the working cycle is extracted by the dynamics simulation.The stress distribution of the structure under the action of unit force was determined by finite element analysis.Based on the finite element analysis,load spectrum and S-N curve of the material,the fatigue life of the crawler shoe is obtained,which provides theoretical basis for product design and field use.
