摘　　要：内燃轨道机车需在司机操纵台上显示柴油机的水温、驱动马达的蓄电池电压、机油的压力和温度。为解决传统方式在司机室操纵台上安装油压表、油温表、水温表和电压表以及在柴油机及其周边设备安装4种相关配套的传感器给轨道机车设计与制造带来的问题,研制了基于SAE J1939协议的柴油机CAN通信仪表。该仪表通过CAN通信接口与柴油机ECU模块对应的CAN针脚直接相连,以获取柴油机ECU广播出的柴油机冷却水温、驱动马达的蓄电池电压、机油压力和温度等重要数据,并将其集中显示在液晶屏上。该设计方案具有结构简单、安装方便、价格低等特点,值得在内燃轨道机车上推广应用。The water temperature of the diesel engine,the battery voltage of the driving motor,the pressure and temperature of the engine oil shall be displayed on the driver's console of the diesel rail locomotive.In order to solve the problems brought by the traditional installation of oil pressure gauge,oil temperature gauge,water temperature gauge and voltmeter on the cab console and the installation of four kinds of relevant supporting sensors on the diesel engine and its peripheral equipment,the diesel engine CAN communication instrument based on SAE J1939 protocol is developed.The instrument is directly connected with the corresponding CAN pin of the diesel engine ECU through the CAN communication interface,and obtains the important data broadcast by the diesel engine ECU,such as the cooling water temperature of the diesel engine,the battery voltage of the drive motor,the oil pressure and the oil temperature,and displays them on the LCD screen.The design scheme has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient installation and low price,which is worth popularizing and applying in diesel rail locomotives.
