摘  要:以数控铣加工课程成绩评定为研究对象,提出了一种基于层次分析算法的数学模型。用考察指标建立了层次模型,构造了各层次之间的判断矩阵;利用三角模糊数计算公式计算各判断矩阵的模糊权重,对数控铣加工课程成绩的检测指标进行了权重计算,达到了科学、客观和公平地对该门课程的学习成绩全面评价。最后通过该模型的应用,详细讲解了该模型的使用方法,同时也验证了该模型是科学和有效的。Taking the grade evaluation of CNC milling course as the research object,a mathematical model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)algorithm is proposed.The hierarchical model is established by using the investigation index,and the judgment matrix between each level is constructed.The fuzzy weight of each judgment matrix is calculated by using the triangular fuzzy number calculation formula,and the weight of the testing index of the NC milling course grade is calculated,which achieves the comprehensive evaluation of the course grade scientifically,objectively and fairly.Finally,through the application of the model,the use of the model is explained in detail,and it is also verified that the model is scientific and effective.
