关于林草科研领域意识形态工作的思考

摘　　要：意识形态工作是思想工作的前沿阵地,是一项极端重要的工作。文中总结意识形态工作在林草科研中发挥的积极作用,梳理当前林草科研领域意识形态工作的不足。在此基础上,提出新时代背景下做好林草科研单位意识形态工作的建议:1)开展系统学习,筑牢林草科研工作思想基础;2)提高思想认识,落实林草科研单位责任;3)抓好阵地建设,发出林草科研权威声音;4)围绕科技创新,提升林草科研队伍水平。研究可为构建有利于林草科技创新的意识形态工作体系提供参考,推动林草科研单位为实现林草业高质量发展提供更加有力的科技服务和支撑。Ideology field is an extremely important work of the Communist Party of China.Moreover,it is the forefront of ideological work.This paper summarizes the positive role of ideological work in forestry and grassland research,and reorganized the main problems existing in the ideological field of forestry and grassland research,and proposed the measures to do a good job in the ideological field of forestry and grassland research institutions under the background of the new era.It was expected to establish a common ideological foundation with strong cohesion and leadership for the reform and development,scientific and technological innovation of forestry and grassland research institutions,and provided more powerful scientific and technological support,scientific and technological services for promoting the high-quality development of forestry and grassland.
