国家自然科学基金对林学学科发展的促进作用——以中国林业科学研究院为例

摘　　要：2018-2022年是国家自然科学基金改革的第一阶段,总结该阶段国家自然科学基金对各学科发展的促进作用尤为重要。文中以中国林业科学研究院林学领域2016-2019年度结题的国家自然科学基金项目成果产出为基础,建立一种较为合理的学科发展定量评价指标体系并进行评价。结果表明:国家自然科学基金对“十三五”期间林产化学的发展促进作用最为显著,对森林培育学等7个学科方向发展的促进作用较为一般,而对森林生物学等4个学科方向发展的促进作用较弱。建议加大森林生物学等4个学科方向人才和重点项目的支持力度。研究可为今后林学领域的学科布局优化提供参考。The first stage of the NSFC's reform fell in the period from 2018 to 2022.In this stage,it is important to analyze the promoting role of the NSFC in the development of various disciplines.Taking the outputs of the NSFC-funded projects undertaken by Chinese Academy of Forestry in 2016-2019,this paper establishes a reasonable quantitative evaluation index system of discipline development.It is found that the NSFC plays a significant role in promoting the disciplinary development of forest products chemistry during the 13 th Five-Year Period,but performs ordinarily for the development of 7 disciplines such as silviculture and poorly in 4 disciplines such as forest biology.It is suggested that the NSFC could increase support for talents and key projects in the 4 disciplines including forest biology.This study would provide references for the discipline layout of forestry science.
