摘  要:石油开采和运输过程中常伴随H_(2)S的产生,对环境和开采安全带来严重影响,为保证油田可持续发展,开发环保有效的H_(2)S治理方式十分重要。对生物竞争、生物抑制剂以及环境条件对H_(2)S治理效果进行了对比。结果表明:硝酸盐还原菌对SRB菌群的生物拮抗作用需要硝酸盐促进剂共同作用才能得到较好的抑制效果,但有效期仅为4 d。KCl浓度高于0.06%对H_(2)S有明显抑制效果,可持续5 d。能够较为长期有效地抑制H_(2)S产量的条件分别为pH值9、矿化度大于7000mg/L以及大于0.3%浓度的K 2S 2O 8。此研究成果为大庆油田开采及运输过程中H_(2)S的抑制方法提供了实验依据。The production of hydrogen sulfide is often accompanied by the production of hydrogen sulfide during oil exploitation and transportation,which has a serious impact on the environment and exploitation safety.In order to ensure the sustainable development of oilfields,it is important to develop environmentally friendly and effective hydrogen sulfide treatment methods.In this paper,the effects of biological competition,biosuppressants and environmental conditions on hydrogen sulfide treatment are compared.The results showed that the biological antagonism of nitrate-reducing bacteria on SRB flora required nitrate promoters to obtain a good inhibitory effect,but the validity period was only 4 days.The concentration of potassium chloride above 0.06%has obvious effects on hydrogen sulfide,and the inhibition effect can last for 5 days.The conditions that can effectively inhibit the yield of hydrogen sulfide for a long time are pH 9,salinity greater than 7000mg/L and potassium persulfate concentration greater than 0.3%.The research results provide an experimental basis for the suppression method of hydrogen sulfide during the exploitation and transportation of Daqing Oilfield.
