摘 要:城市河道疏浚淤泥产量巨大,疏浚淤泥的快速脱水处理已经成为一个焦点问题。絮凝剂配合真空预压法、电渗法等可以实现对淤泥的快速脱水。本文对絮凝剂在淤泥快速脱水中的应用机理进行了归纳分析,并将影响絮凝效果的因素归纳为剂量、盐溶液、pH值、复合絮凝等;对絮凝-真空预压法和絮凝-电渗真空预压法的研究现状及目前疏浚淤泥处理中存在的问题进行了归纳分析,提出了絮凝-电渗-真空预压法中电极腐蚀、能耗过高等问题以及未来絮凝剂在疏浚淤泥脱水中的应用研究重点。The annual production of silt dredging in the cities’rivers is enormous,and the rapid dewatering of dredged silt has become a focal issue.The combination of flocculants with vacuum preloading method,electro-osmosis method can achieve rapid dewatering of silt.Firstly,the application mechanism of flocculants in the rapid dewatering of silt is summarized and analyzed,and the factors affecting flocculation efficiency are summarized as dosage,salt solution,pH value,and composite flocculation.Secondly,the research status of flocculation-vacuum preloading method and flocculation-electro-osmosis-vacuum preloading method are summarized and analyzed.Finally,the problems existing in the current dredged silt treatment are summarized and analyzed,and the issues of electrode corrosion and high energy consumption in the flocculation-electro-osmosis-vacuum preloading method,as well as the research focus of flocculants in the dewatering of dredged silt in the future,are proposed.
