摘 要:为解决软岩巷道围岩控制难题,结合许疃矿32310底抽巷工程资料,采用ABAQUS软件开展不同锚杆参数下巷道围岩变形模拟,综合考虑锚杆长度与间距、围岩变形规律和成本控制以确定优化支护方案。结果表明:巷道开挖后,两帮位移变形较大,围岩两侧及衬砌连接处出现竖向应力集中;随着锚杆长度的增加,围岩变形量仅增加了0.52%,应力及塑性区分布无明显演化趋势;随着锚杆间距的增大,两帮移近量和衬砌连接处应力峰值分别增加了102.07%和34.02%;最终确定优化支护方案中锚杆长度为2000 mm,间排距为400 mm×400 mm。该优化支护方案对软岩巷道变形控制与原支护方案相比效果较好,两帮移近量与衬砌连接处围岩应力分别减少37.56%和16.13%。In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock control in soft rock roadway,combined with the engineering data of 32310 bottom drawdown in Xutuan Mine,ABAQUS software was used to simulate surrounding rock deformation of roadway under different anchor parameters.The length and distance of anchor bolt,surrounding rock deformation law and cost control were comprehensively considered to determine the optimal supporting scheme.The results show that after excavation,the displacement deformation of the two sides is large,and the vertical stress concentration appears on both sides of the surrounding rock and at the joint of the lining.With the increase of anchor length,the deformation of surrounding rock only increased by 0.52%,and the distribution of stress and plastic zone had no obvious evolution trend.As the distance between the anchor bolts increases,the stress peaks at the joints of the two gangs and the linings increase by 102.07%and 34.02%,respectively.Finally,the length of the anchor bolt in the optimized support scheme is determined to be 2000 mm,and the distance between the anchor bolts is 400 mm×400 mm.Compared with the original supporting scheme,the optimized supporting scheme has a better effect on the deformation control of the soft rock roadway,and the stress of the surrounding rock at the joint of the two gangs and the lining is reduced by 37.56%and 16.13%,respectively.
