摘 要:为探索兔胆的止咳效果,将兔胆与传统止咳药材川贝、枇杷等结合,研制出一种止咳效果更加显著的复方兔胆止咳露。将新鲜兔胆剪碎,研磨过滤制成兔胆汁,采用冷冻干燥法将兔胆汁制成粉末,辅以川贝、百合、枇杷、薄荷、蜂蜜等传统止咳中药材,按照兔胆粉与中药材1:5、2:5和4:5的比例熬制成复方制剂。以昆明鼠为实验对象,采用氨水引咳法,设置0.4 g/kg、0.6 g/kg和0.8 g/kg 3种浓度的兔胆溶液以及3种不同比例的兔胆止咳露对老鼠灌胃,通过计算给药后的止咳时间,探究兔胆及其复方制剂的止咳效果。结果显示0.6 g/kg的兔胆溶液具有显著的止咳效果,3种比例的复方兔胆止咳露均具有显著止咳效果,且明显强于兔胆粉。研究表明,复方兔胆止咳露具有显著的止咳效果,这为兔胆的开发利用提供了科学依据。A compound rabbit bile antitussive syrup with a more significant antitussive effect was developed by combining rabbit bile with traditional antitussive herbs such as Fritillaria cirrhosa and loquat in order to explore the antitussive effect of rabbit bile.Cut the fresh rabbit gallbladder into pieces,grind and filter it to make rabbit bile juice.Then use freeze-drying method to turn the rabbit bile juice into powder.Combine it with traditional cough-relieving Chinese medicinal materials such as Fritillaria,Lily,Loquat,Mint,and Honey.Prepare the compound preparation by simmering the rabbit bile powder and Chinese medicinal materials in the ratios of 1 GA6FA 5,2 GA6FA 5,and 4 GA6FA 5.Using Kunming mice as experimental subjects,the cough-inducing method of ammonia water was adopted.Three concentrations of rabbit bile solution(0.4 g/kg,0.6 g/kg,and 0.8 g/kg)and three different ratios of rabbit bile cough syrup were orally administered to the mice.The cough suppression time after administration was calculated to investigate the cough-suppressing effect of rabbit bile and its compound preparation.The results showed that the rabbit bile solution with a concentration of 0.6 g/kg had a significant cough-suppressing effect.All three ratios of compound rabbit bile cough syrup had significant cough-suppressing effect,which is significantly stronger than rabbit bile powder.The study indicated that compound rabbit bile cough syrup has a significant cough-suppressing effect,providing a scientific basis for the development and utilization of rabbit bile.
