摘 要:为了减少电动汽车充电桩对电网的污染、提高系统效率及可靠性,提出了一种模块化AC/DC电源并联系统架构。该架构由前级三相VIENNA整流器和后级LLC谐振变换器构成。提出了一种基于虚拟阻抗的并联均流控制策略。研究了系统的工作原理与控制策略,带均压环和注入三次谐波单周期控制下的VIENNA整流器实现了高输入功率因数,变频控制下的LLC谐振变换器实现了软开关特性,基于虚拟阻抗并联均流控制策略下的并联系统具有良好的均流特性。构建了两台5 kW试验样机,结果验证了所提方案的可行性和正确性。In order to reduce the pollution of electric vehicle charging piles to the power grid and improve the system efficiency and reliability,a modular AC/DC power supply parallel system architecture is proposed.At the same time,a parallel current sharing control strategy based on virtual impedance is proposed.The working principle and control strategy of the system are studied in detail.The VIENNA rectifier under one cycle control with voltage equalizing loop and injection of the third harmonic realizes high input power factor.The LLC resonant converter under variable frequency control realizes soft switching characteristics.The parallel system based on the virtual impedance parallel current sharing control strategy has good current sharing characteristics.Two 5 kW experimental prototypes are built to verify the feasibility and correctness of the proposed research scheme.
