摘　　要：津巴布韦议会大厦是中国对南部非洲最大的援建项目。以适用性原则为设计导向,确定了电气设计以中国工程建设规范和标准为基础,尊重、优先选用当地规范、使用习惯及特殊需求的设计理念,为受援国使用方设计出一个安全适用兼具灵活性、可靠性,“用着习惯、用得放心”的电气系统。Zimbabwe’s Parliament building is China’s largest aid project to southern Africa.It determines that the electrical design should be based on Chinese engineering construction codes and standards,and the design concept of respecting and giving priority to local common codes,usage habits and special needs,that is,based on the existing infrastructure capacity and supporting conditions of Zimbabwe.In the design of the power transformation and distribution system,intelligent lighting system,lightning protection and grounding system,the project users’needs for the use of complete functions,complete supporting facilities,advanced and applicable technology,and simple operation and maintenance are fully met,and a safe and applicable electrical system with flexibility and reliability is designed for recipient country.
