摘 要:为了评估可的松暴露对成年雌性斑马鱼的生殖毒性作用以及跨代效应,将成年雌性斑马鱼暴露于5、50和500 ng/L的可的松环境中,以未添加可的松的溶剂处理为对照,从形态学、病理组织学、行为学等方面评估糖皮质激素可的松对成年雌性斑马鱼以及子一代胚胎的毒理风险。结果表明:高浓度(500ng/L)暴露下的成年雌鱼性腺中卵泡发育明显被抑制,且此浓度下的成年雌鱼无法产卵;中浓度(50 ng/L)下的成年雌鱼产卵量以及胚胎孵化率都极显著低于对照,但从形态学上看,5~50 ng/L可的松处理对孵化出的子一代无明显的畸变现象。As a glucocorticoid,cortisone is widely found in water ecological environment.To evaluate the reproductive toxicity and transgenerational effects of cortisone on adult female zebrafish at different concentrations,adult female zebrafish individuals were exposed to 5,50 and 500 ng/L cortisone,and a group unexposed to cortisone was set as the control.The toxicological risk of cortisone in the adult female zebrafish individuals and the first generation embryos was evaluated by morphology,histomorphology and behavior tests.The results showed that the ovarian follicle development in the gonads of the adult female fish individuals was significantly inhibited when exposed to high concentration(500 ng/L),and the adult female fish individuals could not spawn at this concentration.At the medium concentration(50 ng/L),the spawning number of the adult female fish individuals and the hatching rate were very significantly lower than the control.However,the morphological observation of the hatched offsprings showed no obvious distortion.
