摘  要:为了获得防治莓茶溃疡病的安全、有效药剂,开展了防治莓茶拟茎点霉溃疡病的田间药效试验。结果表明:32.5%苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂(湖南产)2000、1500和1000倍液(处理1、2和3)对莓茶拟茎点霉溃疡病防治效果良好、持效期较长,防效明显高于其单剂40%苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂3200倍液(处理4)和250 g/L嘧菌酯悬浮剂1250倍液(处理5),且对莓茶安全,其中张家界永定区三家馆村试验点处理1、2和3末次药后7和14 d的防效分别达74.72%~81.66%和69.31%~77.78%,均显著高于处理4和处理5,以处理3的防效最好;张家界永顺县向家村试验点处理1、2和3末次药后7和14 d的防效分别达76.07%~82.58%和72.55%~79.61%,均显著高于处理4和处理5,以处理3的防效最好;恩施州利川市柏杨坝镇试验点处理1、2和3末次药后7和14d的防效分别为74.2%~81.6%和71.9%~78.7%,以处理3最高。To find efficient,safe agents against canker disease(Phomopsis viticola)of Ampelopsis grossedentata,field efficacy trials were carried out in Hunan and Hubei provinces.Results showed that T1(2,000 times dilution),T2(1,500 times dilution)and T3(1,000 times dilution)of difenoconazole·azoxystrobin 32.5%SC were efficient and safe,and persisted long for controlling canker disease of Ampelopsis grossedentata,which were obviously better than T4(3,200 times dilution of difenoconazole 40%SC)and T5(1,250 times dilution of azoxystrobin 250 g/L SC).At the test site of Sanjiaguan Village,Yongding District,Zhangjiajie City,Hunan Province,the efficacy of T1,T2 and T3 was 74.72%-81.66%seven days after the last spraying,and 69.31%-77.78%fourteen days after the last spraying,all significantly higher than that of T4 and T5,among which T3 was always the best.At the test site of Xiangjia Village,Yongshun County,Zhangjiajie City,Hunan Province,the efficacy of T1,T2 and T3 was 76.07%-82.58%seven days after the last spraying,and 72.55%-79.61%fourteen days after the last spraying,all significantly higher than that of T4 and T5,among which T3 was always the best.At the test site of Baiyangba Town,Lichuan City,Enshi Prefecture,Hubei Province,the efficacy of T1,T2 and T3 was 74.2%-81.6%seven days after the last spraying,and 71.9%-78.7%fourteen days after the last spraying,among which T3 was always the best.
