南京浦口火车站历史文化街区改造策略研究

摘　　要：城市更新不断优化,历史文化街区改造实践越来越多。近年来,中国历史街区保护开发实践的流程逐渐模式化,但在实践过程中,规划、投资、建造、运营各自为政,缺乏对历史文化街区改造的整体性把握,导致实践后期返工多、效率低、造价高、历史街区中的文物遭到不同程度的破坏,违背了历史文化街区保护与改造实践的初衷。基于此,文章以南京浦口火车站历史文化街区保护改造为例,以提升实践改造效率为目标,结合街区改造新策略,梳理展示改造的可行方式,为其他的历史街区保护与再生工作提供参考。Urban renewal is continuously optimized,and the practice of renovating historical and cultural districts is becoming more and more common.In recent years,the process of China's historical block protection and development practice has been gradually patterned,but in the process of practice,planning,investment,construction and operation are each in their own way,and there is a lack of a holistic grasp of the transformation of the historical and cultural block,which leads to a lot of rework in the later stages of practice,low efficiency,high cost,and varying degrees of destruction of the cultural relics in the historical block,which is contrary to the original intention of the protection and transformation project of the historical and cultural block.Based on this,this paper takes Nanjing Pukou Railway Station Historical and Cultural District Protection and Renovation as an example to enhance the efficiency of practical renovation as the goal,combined with the new strategy of block renovation,to sort out the feasible ways of displaying the renovation,and to provide references for the protection and regeneration of other historical blocks.
