摘  要:雨水景观除环境效益外,还应具备社会、经济、美学等多方面效益。本研究构建了以多元价值为导向的海绵城市建设项目绩效评价体系,并以南京汤山矿坑公园为例,说明关键指标的评价过程。研究通过模型模拟、样本测量、问卷调查、现场勘查等方式,对南京汤山矿坑公园与雨水景观绩效相关的17项关键指标进行了全面评价。该公园在径流量控制、水质控制、结合雨水管理设施提供户外活动机会、雨水管理设施美观性方面都有良好的绩效表现;同时,在雨水资源化利用、缓解热岛效应、结合雨水管理设施提供教育机会、节约建造成本、节约运营与维护成本方面存在优化改进空间。评价结果表明:以多元价值为导向的海绵城市建设项目绩效评价体系选取的指标,能够全面反映雨水景观的绩效表现,且具有一定的可操作性。In addition to its environmental benefits,rainwater landscape should also have social,economic,and aesthetic benefits.This research constructs a multi-value-oriented performance evaluation system for sponge city construction projects,and take Nanjing Tangshan Mine Park as an example to illustrate the evaluation process of key indicators,which conducted a comprehensive evaluation of 17 key indicators related to the rainwater landscape performance of Nanjing Tangshan Mine Park through model simulation,sample measurement,questionnaire survey,and onsite investigation.The park has good performance in runoff control,water quality control,outdoor activity opportunities combined with stormwater management facilities,and aesthetics of stormwater management facilities,at the same time,there is still room for optimization in the utilization of rainwater resources,alleviating the heat island effect,providing educational opportunities with rainwater management facilities,saving construction costs,and saving operation and maintenance costs.The results show that the indicators selected by the multi-value-oriented sponge city construction project performance evaluation system can fully reflect the performance of the rainwater landscape and have certain operability.
