摘　　要：党的二十大报告明确指出了我国养老事业和养老产业的发展方向,即“积极应对人口老龄化的国家战略,发展养老事业和养老产业,优化孤寡老人服务,推动全体老年人享有基本养老服务。”然而,当前我国对于失智老人的专门照护机构存在供给不足、供给不优、供给混乱等问题。尤其是失智照料设施的交通空间设计,其主要特点是均质化布局和交通空间功能单一,这与失智老人因BPSD行为所需的医养环境存在明显的矛盾。因此,旨在通过对BPSD行为的深入分析,找到与失智照料机构的交通空间关联最大的行为特点和需求,提出并实施针对性的空间设计方法,以期改善失智照料设施的交通空间布局和功能,更好地满足失智老人的医养需求。At the 20th National Congress of China,our Party clearly pointed out the development direction of China’s old-age service and old-age service industry,namely,“the national strategy to actively respond to the aging population,develop the old-age service and old-age service industry,optimize the service for the elderly,and promote the basic old-age service for all the elderly.”However,there are some problems in the market of our country,such as insufficient supply,poor supply and chaotic supply.In particular,the traffic space design of dementia care facilities is mainly characterized by homogeneous layout and single function of traffic space,which is in obvious contradiction with the medical and nursing environment required by dementia elderly people due to BPSD behavior.Therefore,through in-depth analysis of BPSD behavior,this study aims to find the behavioral characteristics and needs that are most associated with the traffic space of dementia care institutions,and propose and implement targeted spatial design methods,in order to improve the traffic space layout and function of dementia care facilities and better meet the medical and nursing needs of elderly people with dementia.
