摘　　要：既有线施工作业中的安全防护,是客货运列车安全运行的重要影响因素,也是直接关系作业人员、机具安全的根本,以北斗及相关智能物联网传感器+云服务系统为手段,侦测列车接近情况、发送撤离信号并确认作业人员撤离,撤离后检测作业机具完备情况,可以有效保障既有线施工作业安全,减少事故发生,为铁路施工安全提供高可靠、零漏报、低误报的安全防护技术手段。The safety protection in the construction operation of the existing railway line is an important factor affecting the safe operation of passenger and freight trains,and it is also the foundation that is directly related to the safety of operators and equipment.Beidou system,intelligent IoT sensors&cloud service system are used as means to detect the approaching of trains.It can effectively ensure the safety of existing railway line construction operations,reduce accidents,and provide high reliability,zero false alarms and low false alarms for railway construction safety.technical means.
