摘　　要：为有效缓解建筑行业破拆作业工人作业疲劳,分析导致其疲劳的因子,从4个方面划分维度,设计破拆作业人员疲劳因子量表;在建筑行业中开展问卷调查,并利用SPSS22.0和MPlus8.0软件分析收集到的数据。结果表明:建筑行业破拆作业人员疲劳因子有职业危害、作业环境、作业心理、作业复杂度、作业人员自身5个维度;该量表可有效测量建筑行业破拆作业人员作业过程中的疲劳因子研究,测量结果可为建筑施工安全管理提供参考。In order to effectively alleviate the fatigue of demolition workers in the construction industry,the factors leading to their fatigue were analyzed.The fatigue factor scale of demolition workers was designed from four dimensions;the questionnaire survey was carried out in the construction industry,and the data collected were analyzed using SPSS22.0 and MPlus8.0 software.The results showed that the fatigue factors of demolition workers in the construction industry included five dimensions:occupational hazards,work environment,work psychology,work complexity,and workers themselves;the scale can effectively measure the fatigue factor research of demolition workers in the construction industry,and the measurement results can provide reference for construction safety management.
