摘 要:近年来,我国城市轨道交通运营里程迅速增加、线网规模不断扩大,城市轨道交通安全运行压力日趋加大。特别是网络化运营阶段,由于系统运行关联程度高,往往会产生多线多工况多系统的风险,对风险监控能力提出新的要求,本文结合南京轨道交通基础设施、公共安全、运营设施等设施设备安全监控系统的现状,重点针对关键岗位人员状态、隧道结构状态、车辆等方面的安全监控薄弱环节,提出对各类风险进行全面梳理,结合人工和设备自动化监控以及在线和离线检(监)测等方式,实现对各系统以及网络各类风险的全覆盖监控,为日常的运营维护和突发情况下的应急处置及时提供预警报警信息,提升网络化运营管理的风险监控水平。In recent years,the operating mileage of urban rail transit in China has rapidly increased,and the scale of the line network has continued to expand.The pressure on the safe operation of urban rail transit is increasing day by day.Especially in the networked operation stage,due to the high degree of system operation correlation,risks of multiple lines,multiple working conditions,and multiple systems often arise.New requirements are put forward for risk monitoring capabilities.Based on the current situation of safety monitoring systems for facilities and equipment such as rail transit infrastructure,public safety,and operation facilities,and focusing on the weak links in safety monitoring of key personnel status,tunnel structure status,vehicles,and other aspects,this article proposes to make a comprehensive review of various risks,to achieve full coverage monitoring of various systems and network risks by combining manual and equipment automation monitoring,as well as online and offline inspection(monitoring) methods,to provide timely warning and alarm information for daily operation and maintenance and emergency response in emergencies,and improvethe risk monitoring level of networked operation management.
