国有企业数字化转型成熟度评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：文章以某国有企业为例,对数字化转型成熟度评价指标体系开展研究。通过综合分析国内外现有研究成果,结合国有企业的特点,构建了国有企业数字化转型成熟度评价指标体系,包括6个一级指标24个二级指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)+模糊综合评价法(FCE)定性与定量相结合,并借助YAAHP辅助软件进行可视化建模与计算分析,得出该企业数字化成熟度评价结论。文章通过构建多层次指标体系,客观全面评估了国有企业数字化转型成熟度,研究方法与结论可为类似企业数字化转型提供参考和指导。This paper takes a state-owned enterprise as an example to study the evaluation index system of digital transformation maturity.Based on the comprehensive analysis of existing research results at home and abroad and the characteristics of state-owned enterprises,an evaluation index system for the maturity of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises is established,including 6 firstlevel indicators and 24 second-level indicators,and qualitative and quantitative combination of analytic hierarchy Process(AHP) + fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE) is adopted.With the help of YAAHP auxiliary software,visual modeling and calculation analysis were carried out to draw the evaluation conclusion of the enterprise maturity.By constructing a multi-level index system,this paper objectively and comprehensively evaluates the maturity of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises.The research methods and conclusions can provide reference and guidance for similar enterprises in digital transformation.
