悬臂式掘进机在硬岩地质下地铁暗挖隧道下穿既有线施工技术研究

摘　　要：本文结合悬臂式掘进机在深圳地铁区间暗挖隧道的施工情况,从设备选型、工装配套、工艺工法、通风降尘、施工安全等方面介绍了悬臂式掘进机在地铁暗挖隧道施工中的应用和适应性。结合掘进机的机型特点和工艺特点,阐述了悬臂式掘进机在施工应用中存在的具体应对措施。This article introduces the application and adaptability of boom-type roadheader in the construction of underground tunnels in Shenzhen Metro from the aspects of equipment selection,tooling matching,process methods,ventilation and dust reduction,and construction safety,based on the construction situation of cantilever tunneling machines in underground tunnels.Based on the characteristics of the machine model and process,this paper elaborates on the specific measures for the application of boom-type roadheader in construction.
