摘  要:新型磁力泊船方式较传统缆绳泊船在安全性、泊船效率和自动化程度上有巨大优势,是自动化泊船的技术发展方向。根据安全、高效、可控的自动泊船作业需求,分析了磁力吸盘的性能要求,梳理了永磁式、电磁式和电永磁式吸盘的优缺点,选用了磁力大、易控制且安全节能的电永磁式吸盘用于磁力自动泊船。综合比较了电永磁吸盘常用结构形式,改进设计了一种外六棱柱型内圆型的电永磁吸盘,以获得较大的磁吸力。Compared with traditional cable mooring,the new magnetic mooring method has great advantages in safety,efficiency and automation.Based on analysis the performance of permanent magnet,electromagnetic and electric permanent magnet chuck,the electric permanent magnet chuck with high magnetic force,easy to control and safety and energy-saving was provided to suit for safe,efficient and controllable automatic mooring.The common structural forms of electric permanent magnet chuck were comprehensively compared,and an electric permanent magnet chuck with outer hexagonal prism type and inner circle type was improved and designed to obtain greater magnetic attraction.
