摘  要:传统双杆吊架已无法满足桥梁翼缘板下大型复合钢管的安装需求,施工质量难以保证,施工难度大、效率低,存在高空狭小空间高风险作业安全问题。为此,通过理论分析、工程验证等手段对大型复合排水钢管施工技术进行研究,研制了公路桥梁排水钢管单杆吊架,实现大型复合钢管精准安装,提高了工效,降低了狭小空间高空作业风险,研制了简易桥梁护栏作业平台,配合手拉葫芦及汽车吊施作,确保了大型复合钢管的摆动吊装就位,降低了安装难度及施工成本,成功地解决了该技术难题,为桥梁附属工程施工积累了宝贵的经验。The traditional double pole suspension frame can no longer meet the installation requirements of large composite steel pipes under the bridge flange plate,and the construction quality is difficult to guarantee.The construction is difficult and inefficient,and there are high-risk work safety issues in high altitude and small spaces.Therefore,through theoretical analysis,engineering verification,and other means,the construction technology of large composite drainage steel pipes was studied.This study developed a single pole hanger for drainage steel pipes in highway bridges,achieving precise installation of large composite steel pipes,improving work efficiency,and reducing the risk of high-altitude operations in narrow spaces.This study also developed a simple bridge guardrail operation platform,which,in conjunction with hand chain hoists and car cranes,ensures the swinging and hoisting of large composite steel pipes in place,while reducing installation difficulty and construction costs.It successfully solved the technical problem and accumulated valuable experience for the construction of bridge ancillary projects.
