摘　　要：随着物联网等信息技术的发展,本文针对住宅工程检测平台中设备类型多样、数据接口形式复杂等特点,研究了常用数据传输协议和数据传输格式,设计了基于RESTful/HTTP和MQTT协议以及JSON格式的数据接入协议,为住宅工程检测设备提供了通用的数据传输协议,可以实现检测数据有效协同、数据管理与利用。With the development of information technology such as the Internet of Things,and in view ofthe diverse types of equipment and complex data interface forms in residential engineering inspection platforms,this aricle studies commonly used data transmission protocols and data transmission formats,and designs data access protocols based on RESTful/HTTP,MQTT protocols,and JSON format.This provides a universal data transmission protocol for residential engineering inspection equipment,which can achieve effective collaboration of inspection data and data management and utilization.
