摘  要:针对钛电极生产制造过程中的堆垛要求,本文设计了一种钛电极压机堆垛装置,详细介绍了该装置的工作原理、结构设计及控制方法,重点论述了机架、升降装置、旋转装置及芯棒定位装置的设计,并对升降、旋转动作的控制方法进行了阐述。最终设计的堆垛装置结构紧凑、实用性强、操作方便,具有广阔的实际应用前景。目前在用户现场使用状况良好、性能稳定,受到用户好评。In response to the stacking requirements in the production and manufacturing process of titanium electrodes,a stacking device for a titanium electrode press has been designed in the text.The working principle,structural design,and control method of the device have been introduced in detail,with a focus on the design of the frame,lifting device,rotating device,and core rod positioning device.The control methods for lifting and rotating actions have been also elaborated.The final designed stacking device has a compact structure,strong practicality,and convenient operation,which has broad practical application prospects.At present,the stacking device is in good condition with stable performance on site,which has received high praise from users.
