摘　　要：针对折弯中心上模在模具更换、拼接、夹紧等的特点,研发出一种准确高效的上模自动换模和夹紧系统,详细介绍了系统的结构组成和工作流程。该自动换模和夹紧系统与国内的手动换模和夹紧装置进行对比,显示了其高效、精准、全自动等特点,可为折弯中心的自动化设计及其相关设计提供有益的技术参考。Aiming at the characteristics of die replacement,splicing,and clamping for the upper die of the bending center,an accurate and efficient automatic die replacement and clamping system for the upper die has been developed.It also provides a detailed introduction to the system's structural composition and workflow.The comparison between the automatic die changing and clamping system and the manual die changing and clamping devices in China shows its efficient,accurate,and fully automatic characteristics,which can provide useful technical references for the automation design and related designs of bending centers.
