摘　　要：本文介绍一种汽车纵梁板料校正设备,该设备可按质量标准对汽车纵梁平板进行检测,若检测合格,则直接转运至下料装置;若检测不合格,则启动校正程序,并对校正后的纵梁平板直线度再次检测。重复以上操作,直至纵梁平板直线度合格。本设备能够有效解决纵梁平板直线度误差问题。A plate correction equipment for automotive longitudinal beam has been introduced in the text,which consists of a detection system,loading device,flipping device,transfer crane,correction host,unloading device,electrical and hydraulic pneumatic systems,etc.This equipment can inspect the longitudinal beam plate of automotive according to quality standards.If the longitudinal beam plate passes the inspection,it can be directly transferred to the cutting device.If the longitudinal beam plate fails the inspection,the correction program is started to correct the straightness of the longitudinal beam plate,and the straightness of the corrected longitudinal beam plate is retest.The above operation has been repeated until the straightness of the longitudinal beam plate is qualified.This device can effectively solve the problem of straightness error in longitudinal beam plate.
