摘  要:针对筒体类零件模腔可变式辊轧成形新方法,设计了一种稳定可靠的辊轧成形装置,介绍了该装置的结构组成及工作过程,并对该装置的合理性进行了辊轧试验验证,结果表明该装置结构可靠、功能完整,成形工件外形准确无缺陷,从而为该类零件的成形提供了一种新的选择,具有较为广泛的应用前景。A stable and reliable rolling forming device has been designed for the new method of rolling forming of cylindrical parts with variable die cavity.The structural composition and working process of the device have been introduced,and the rationality of the device has been verified through rolling tests.The results show that the device is structurally reliable,functionally complete,while the shape of the formed workpiece is accurate and flawless,which provides a new choice for the forming of such parts.It has a relatively broad application prospect.
