摘 要:自动化技术是以计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术为基础的应用技术。在机械设计制造中,科学应用自动化技术,不仅提升制造效率,还可大大提高设备执行能力和控制水平。与此同时,应用自动化技术,能够全面分析机械设计制造中潜在的风险问题,提升机械设计制造作业的安全性及合理性。文章简要介绍自动化技术的概念及在机械设计制造中应用的重要性,分析自动化在传统机械制造应用中存在的问题,详细阐述自动化技术在机械设计制造中的具体应用。Automation technology is an applied technology based on computer technology,network technology and communication technology.In mechanical design and manufacturing,the scientific application of automation technology not only improves the manufacturing efficiency,but also greatly improves the equipment execution ability and control level.At the same time,the application of automation technology can comprehensively analyse the potential risks in mechanical design and manufacturing,and improve the safety and rationality of mechanical design and manufacturing operations.The article briefly introduces the concept of automation technology and the importance of its application in mechanical design and manufacturing,analyses the problems existing in the application of automation in traditional mechanical manufacturing,and elaborates on the specific application of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing.
