摘  要:变量泵的变量控制机构作为一个系统,斜盘就是整个系统的负载,因此若要研究柱塞泵变量控制系统动静态特性,对于斜盘力矩进行研究很有必要。首先从动力学的角度,推导了斜盘运动时的力矩方程,分析了斜盘运动时偏心距对力矩的影响;在斜盘运动时力矩分析的基础上,对于弹簧支撑和柱塞支撑两种结构形式的斜盘支撑刚度进行了对比,比较了其优劣;并对斜盘固定在某一角度时,斜盘三个方向上的液压分力矩和合力矩进行了分析,对斜盘与主轴之间存在的偏心距造成的影响进行了分析。As a variable control mechanism of a variable displacement pump,the swash plate is the load of the entire system.It is necessary to understand the swash plate torque for studying the dynamic and static characteristics of the variable displacement control system of a plunger pump.Firstly,from the perspective of dynamics,the torque equation of the swash plate movement has been derived,and the influence of eccentricity on the torque during swash plate movement has been analyzed.On the basis of torque analysis during the movement of the swash plate,a comparison has been made between the stiffness of the swash plate support of spring support and plunger support two different structural forms,while their advantages and disadvantages have been compared.The hydraulic torque and resultant torque in three directions of the swash plate have been analyzed when it is fixed at a certain angle.The impact of the eccentricity between the swash plate and the main shaft has been analyzed.
