摘  要:锻后冷却工艺对中碳非调质钢锻件的性能与组织有重要影响,为研究适合中碳非调质钢46MnVS5的冷却工艺,本文将连杆锻件在三种不同的工艺条件下进行冷却,取样分析冷却速度对连杆力学性能及显微组织的影响。三种冷却条件下得到的连杆金相组织均为铁素体—珠光体,并且随着冷却速度的增加,连杆晶粒尺寸减小、强度升高、韧性降低。结果表明,在速冷工艺下冷却的锻件综合性能最优,各项指标均满足产品要求。The cooling process after forging has an important impact on the properties and micro-structure of medium carbon non-quenched tempered steel forgings.In order to study the cooling process suitable for medium carbon non-quenched tempered steel 46MnVS5,the connecting rod forgings have been cooled under three different process conditions,and the effect of cooling speed on the mechanical properties and micro-structure of the connecting rod has been analyzed.The metallographic structure of the connecting rod obtained under three cooling conditions is ferrite pearlite,and with the increase of cooling rate,the grain size of the connecting rod decreases,the strength increases,and the toughness decreases.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the forgings cooled under the rapid cooling process is the best,of which all indicators meet the product requirements.
